Our History

Allane Mobility Consulting began as a modest initiative in the early 2010s, born from a series of conversations among a small group of operations specialists who shared a common frustration: they kept encountering organizations that had excellent core products or services, yet were held back by fragmented, inefficient mobility frameworks. These specialists came from different industries, but they all saw the same recurring patterns — wasted resources, unclear accountability, and missed opportunities for improvement. In 2013, they formally united their expertise and registered Allane Mobility Consulting in Garching, with the modest goal of offering truly integrated, client-centered advisory services to regional businesses.

The first few years were defined by intense learning and adaptation. Our founders took on projects of all sizes, often working side by side with clients who had limited budgets but unlimited ambition. Every assignment, whether for a small local firm or a mid-sized regional enterprise, was treated as a laboratory for refining our methodologies. Word of our practical results began to spread, and by 2016, we had grown our client base beyond our initial region, signaling that our model resonated with a much wider audience.

We moved to our current offices at Parkring 33 to accommodate our growing operations and to create a space that reflected our professional aspirations. During this period, we also formalized our service portfolio, moving beyond ad-hoc advisory work toward structured, repeatable engagement models that gave our clients greater clarity and predictability. This phase of growth was accompanied by a deepening of our sector knowledge and a steady stream of successful projects that further solidified our reputation.

Today, Allane Mobility Consulting stands as a mature, trusted partner for organizations across Germany and beyond. While we have grown considerably in size and scope, we have deliberately preserved the values and close-knit culture that defined our earliest days. We still approach each new client with the same curiosity and commitment that inspired our founding.
